The finalists for the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2017 have been announced.
Car Care Plan is sponsoring the Customer Care Award, which recognises franchised and independent vehicle retailers for their efforts to promote customer care, leading to business profits and success. The eight finalists are:

Choosing a winner
The finalists have demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business, providing evidence of successful customer care programmes and CSI ratings. Judges will be looking for a business setting new benchmarks and raising the professionalism of the sector.
The winner will be decided at a glittering gala dinner at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Wednesday, 12th July.
