Choosing a winner

The finalists have demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business, providing evidence of successful customer care programmes and CSI ratings. Judges will be looking for a business setting new benchmarks and raising the professionalism of the sector.

The winner will be decided at a glittering gala dinner at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Wednesday, 12th July.

Paul Newton, Chief Executive of Car Care Plan, said: “We are sponsoring the Customer Care Award to show our continued support of the fantastic achievements and success stories within the automotive industry. Customer care is an essential part of any successful business.

“We support all our retailer and manufacturer partners to ensure they provide the very best customer experience when selling financial add-on products. A good customer experience leads to greater retention and recommendations, which in turn boosts profits and success.”
