Motor Trader Customer Care Award sponsored by Car Care Plan

Car Care Plan is sponsoring the Customer Care Award at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2017 – with entries open until 7th April. The award is open to all franchised and independent vehicle retailers and recognises their efforts to promote customer care, leading to business profits and success.

Entering the Customer Care Award

Entrants for the Customer Care Award need to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. They also need to supply evidence of successful customer care programmes and CSI ratings. Judges will be looking for a business setting new benchmarks and raising the professionalism of the sector.

Motor Trader Awards gala dinner

There are more than 20 award categories at this year’s Motor Trader Industry Awards, celebrating best practice in the car retailing business. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on Wednesday, 12th July, at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

  • Used Car Retailer of the Year
  • Franchised Dealership of the Year
